The founder of Sierra Media Group, Thomas has spent 26 years publishing magazines on behalf of world-renowned real estate companies such as Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates, Prudential Real Estate, and Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, including the multi-award winning RESIDE Magazine. He knows every aspect of the publishing platform, and cherishes helping clients create magazines more stunning and effective than they dreamed possible, while holding firm to their budget. Free time is spent with his girlfriend and their two dogs, hiking the wildest trails they can locate throughout the United States.
ANDREA HAWK

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

Andrea brings more than 20 years of marketing and leadership experience in residential real estate and new home construction to Sierra Media Group. She is highly regarded as past president of the Sales & Marketing Council of the Florida Homebuilders Association. Andrea’s marketing savvy delivers a unique perspective to our clientele, resulting in magazines that illuminate the heart and soul of the community and connect readers to each publication. Andrea relaxes by jogging, hiking, and traveling the country by motorhome. But more than any of that, she most enjoys “unrelaxing” by loving on her adorable 6-year-old grandson.
IYNA CARUSO

Iyna, who creates compelling cultural and historic articles for Sierra Media Group, is a two-time New York Emmy Award-winning writer who has contributed to The New York Times, special sections of the Wall Street Journal, Saturday Evening Post and inflight magazines, among many other publications. She writes frequently about real estate, architecture and design as well as tour scripts for major arenas and sightseeing destinations. Iyna, an aspiring ukulele player, is based in Long Island, New York.

Derek writes about golf, travel, real estate, lifestyle, and wine and spirits for Sierra Media Group and publications throughout the U.S. and Canada, including RESIDE Magazine, USA Today and LINKS Magazine. He hosts the “Feed the Ball” podcast about golf course architecture and design. Derek enjoys walking golf courses with his bag on back, cooking, exploring the world of whiskey, and visiting new cities with his wife and children.

Brad‘s work has garnered awards and praise and created a reputation for high-quality design for an ever-growing list of happy clients. He is proficient in digital, print, and identity design and has been creating design solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands since 2006. He loves trail-running and spending time with his family as they travel full-time around the U.S.
